One credit resolves one property owner to a verified phone and email. Parcel browsing, the map and the county pages are free and unlimited. Every new account starts with 10 credits. No subscription, packs never expire.

What happens after you pay
Stripe takes the card. The moment the payment clears, the credits are added to your workspace and the Credits page shows the new balance. There is no waiting on a person. Receipts and payment methods live in the billing portal linked from Credits.
What a credit buys
A skip-trace of one owner: the engine disambiguates the name against the property, pulls candidate phones and emails, checks which numbers are current, scrubs anything on your suppression list, and returns the best two of each with a confidence score. A full trace takes minutes, not seconds; the map and the API both let you start many and collect them as they finish.
Refunds
Credits are not refundable once bought, except where the law requires it. A trace that returns no contact costs nothing. If a card payment is refunded or disputed, the credits it bought are removed from the workspace. Questions go to rob@fusiondataco.com.
Before the first trace
Quarry is not a consumer reporting agency. Each account records a short acceptable-use attestation in Settings (no FCRA uses, TCPA compliance, honor removal requests) before it can trace. It takes a minute and it is required. The full terms and privacy policy apply.
