What happens after you pay

Stripe takes the card. The moment the payment clears, Quarry sets the plan and adds the credits, and the confirmation page shows exactly what you got. A receipt goes to the email on the card. No waiting on a person.

What a credit buys

One skip trace of one owner: the engine disambiguates the name against the property, pulls candidate phones and emails, checks which numbers are current, scrubs your suppression list, and returns the best two of each with a right-party score from 0 to 100.

Pay only on hit, exactly

When a trace starts, one credit is held so you cannot start more than you can pay for. A phone or email back turns the hold into a spend. Nothing back, or an engine failure, releases the hold and the ledger never records it.

Refunds and disputes

Credits are not refundable once bought except where the law requires it. A trace that returns no contact costs nothing. If a payment is refunded or disputed, the credits it bought come off the workspace. Questions: rob@fusiondataco.com.
