Acceptable use — not for FCRA purposes
Quarry is not a consumer reporting agency. You will not use results for credit, employment, insurance, housing/tenant screening, or any other FCRA-regulated purpose. You will comply with all applicable laws, including the TCPA for any outreach, and will not harass, stalk, or harm any person.
Credits & billing
Skip-trace consumes credits (1 per verified hit; no charge when no contact is found). Credits are sold in packs and are non-refundable except as required by law.
Acceptable conduct
You will not scrape, resell, or redistribute bulk data, attempt to bypass rate limits or authentication, or use the service to build a competing database.
Data accuracy
Property and contact data come from public records and third-party providers and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Quarry is provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy.
Termination
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using and delete your account at any time from Settings.
