Who we are

Quarry is a property-intelligence tool operated by Fusion Data Company. It lets authorized users look up parcel records and, on request, the contact information of property owners ("skip-trace").

Information we process

Account data — your email and organization, via our auth provider.
Usage data — searches, skip-trace requests, saved lists, and credit transactions.
Location (mobile, optional) — used only on-device to identify the parcel you are standing on; we do not store your device location.
Property & owner data — parcel records and owner contact details sourced from public records and licensed data providers, returned in response to your searches.

How we use it

To provide the service, meter credits, prevent abuse, and comply with law. We do not sell your account or usage data.

Permitted use of owner data (important)

Quarry is not a consumer reporting agency and results may not be used for any purpose under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) — including credit, employment, insurance, or tenant screening. You agree to use results lawfully (e.g., TCPA-compliant outreach).

Opt-out & suppression

Individuals may request removal of their contact information. We maintain a suppression list that is enforced on every skip-trace, honoring opt-out, state Delete Act, and Daniel's Law requests. Email privacy@fusiondataco.com.

Data retention & deletion

We keep account and job records while your account is active. You can delete your account and associated data at any time from Settings, or by emailing us; deletion removes your organization, users, saved lists, and job history.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/HSTS). API keys are stored only as hashes. Access is restricted to authenticated members of your organization.
